"Did you know?" Lu Chi had one hand tucked into his uniform pants pocket as he gazed out the window in profile. The magnificent sunset painted everything before him a dusky gold. "When I was little, I thought that if you pointed at fiery clouds with your finger, you'd wet the bed that night."

"What?" Zhuo Yue had not expected Lu Chi to suddenly say something so out of the blue, and he froze.

Lu Chi smiled faintly. "But clearly, pointing at fiery clouds has no necessary connection to whether you wet the bed."
