Earth.
Through Shin's telepathic message, Son Goku had learned what disaster had struck Earth and what had caused it.
"We abused the Dragon Balls, and that caused this catastrophe? Then I'll put an end to it!"
Son Goku smiled. He was as optimistic as ever. The disaster might be unusual, but what he had to do was no different from before.

"Don't worry, Grandpa. I won't get tired!" Pan promised, patting her chest.
"Giru, Giru! The nearest Dragon Ball is about a thousand kilometers to the southeast!" Giru announced, his single eye flashing.
"A thousand kilometers? Pan, Giru, hold on to me. We're short on time, so I'll take us there with Instant Transmission," Son Goku said.
"Okay, Grandpa!"
Pan held Giru in one arm and gripped her grandfather's shoulder with the other hand.
