Special Training Before the Chunin Ninja Exams

After learning that the Chunin Ninja Exams would be held in a month, Uchiha You made a decision.

"Call Kimimaro and the others over tomorrow as well."

Tsunade looked up at him.

"They're on a mission. I'm afraid they won't be back anytime soon."

Uchiha You raised an eyebrow slightly.

"They're not back yet?"

"The mission site is at the border of the Land of Fire. Even at the fastest, it'll take ten days."

Tsunade flipped through the mission records on the desk.

"Besides, they're carrying out an A-rank mission this time. The mission itself is rather complicated."

Uchiha You nodded.

Kimimaro, Haku, and Karin were all disciples he had personally trained.

Their strength had long surpassed that of ordinary Chunin, and they could even contend with Jonin.

Uchiha You had originally wanted them to join this special training as well.

Now, it seemed he could only make arrangements after they completed their mission.

"Then notify Team 7 first."

"The three of them should start preparing for the Chunin Ninja Exams too."

Training Ground Three.

Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura had already arrived ahead of time.

After the battle in the Land of Waves, all three of them had improved significantly.

A pair of translucent wind-blade wings spread behind his back. Though they were still somewhat unstable, he could already sustain them for dozens of breaths.

Sasuke stood on the other side, repeatedly trying to condense a flaming hawk.

Sakura sat cross-legged beneath a tree, faint green chakra appearing over her palms.

She was practicing Medical Ninjutsu.

Suddenly, Naruto sensed something and abruptly looked up.

"Teacher You is here!"

Uchiha You and Tsunade walked into the training ground one after the other.
