Above the ruins of the Sabaody Archipelago, two utterly different auras tore the air in half.
On one side was a gray-and-white torrent.
Thirteen figures stepped out of the broken walls and shallow water at once, their gray-and-white uniforms snapping in the sea breeze. Their crimson Mangekyō Sharingan formed a band of blood-red, icy light beneath the dim sky.
Killing Hall stood in the center, with Taki, Yan, Mei, Kūga, Chinatsu, Yelan, Blaze, Qinglan, Iron Sand, and four elite Night Owl Guards transferred from other battlefronts behind him.
On the other side stood a dark-gold formation. Shamrock stood atop the highest ruined wall, the tip of Cerberus resting against the shattered stone.
To his left was Saint Green, his crescent-shaped beard stirring slightly in the sea breeze. His ancient longsword remained sheathed.
Behind the two of them, seven God's Knights stood in a row.
Nine presences faced thirteen.
In the distance, Garp, who was facing off against Fugaku, caught sight of the scene out of the corner of his eye.
He saw those gray-and-white figures and those thirteen pairs of crimson Mangekyo Sharingan, and the smile on his face faded a little.
He had fought all his life and seen countless powerful opponents, but this was the first time he had ever seen thirteen pairs of Mangekyo Sharingan light up at once.
Garp drew his gaze back to Fugaku, his mouth twitching. "Just how many monsters like these does your Uchiha Clan have?"
