Uchiha Shunichi deactivated the Lightning Transformation Technique and opened his Mangekyō Sharingan.
"Is this how Kumogakure treats its guests? Not long ago, I saved your village's Jinchūriki. Forget a reward—you actually attacked me!" Uchiha Shunichi was brimming with killing intent, his scarlet pupils looking particularly terrifying.
"The Mangekyō Sharingan... But why is there only one?" The Fourth Raikage looked at Uchiha Shunichi's eyes and asked the question.
For a moment, the atmosphere was somewhat awkward.
Uchiha Shunichi's right eye was still merging its pupil power and needed some time. Naturally, he could not use it yet.
Of course, there was no need to explain any of that.
"Ahem, brat from Konoha. What did you come here for?" The Fourth Raikage gave a dry cough to ease the awkwardness.
Uchiha Shunichi did not care about what had happened earlier, nor did he intend to start a war with the Raikage here.
"I came to warn you about Akatsuki. The two people who attacked your village's Jinchūriki before were members of Akatsuki. Their target is all the Tailed Beasts," Uchiha Shunichi said generously.
The Fourth Raikage looked at Uchiha Shunichi suspiciously, his eyes full of doubt.
In his view, some obscure little organization could not possibly pose a greater threat than Konoha. There was very likely some sort of conspiracy behind this.
"Lord Raikage, he really did save me just now, though what he says is still worth doubting," Yugito Nii suddenly spoke up.
Hearing this, the suspicion in the Fourth Raikage's eyes faded somewhat, though his gaze toward Uchiha Shunichi remained guarded.
The Uchiha Clan's Mangekyō Sharingan was simply too famous. Even the reckless Raikage had no choice but to remain vigilant, lest he be caught in a sneak attack.
After all, quite a few Kage in the Shinobi World had
