Calling the Parents

Akashi Kishimoto did not find calling the parents funny.

But he respected personal preferences. If they wanted to laugh, they could laugh. In any case, he had decided that he needed to have a proper talk with Mirai Uzumaki's guardians.

On the way home, Kushina Uzumaki looked worried. "What do we do, Mirai? Sister Tsunade and Grandma Mito are definitely going to be angry."

"They wanted us to make friends at school, but we got into trouble by beating people up. What do we do? What do we do? Grandma Mito is definitely going to be disappointed in us!"

Mirai Uzumaki was not worried in the slightest. "Just tell me—were you happy when you saw them getting beaten up?"

The two had come from the Land of Whirlpools and were temporarily staying at the Senju Clan Compound.

Grandma Mito was old. She should just stay home and enjoy the sun.

He planned to find Tsunade and take her to school.

Just tell him—if Konoha's princess showed up personally, which parent would dare keep yapping?

And Teacher Kishimoto, he hoped the man could take it.

"By the way, Grandma, where did Sister Tsunade go?"

If I can drink something that big after I grow up, I'd be willing to marry Kushina!

Tsunade did not realize that the little brother in her eyes was already setting his sights on this big sister of his.

Mirai Uzumaki embellished the story of what had happened that day, taking the chance to badmouth both his classmates and Akashi Kishimoto.

Tsunade could not help scratching her messy blond hair as she listened.

"Who decided to call the parents?"

The next day, inside Akashi Kishimoto's office.

A group of parents chattered noisily, giving Akashi Kishimoto a splitting headache.

"My son told me the moment he got home that he was beaten up at school! He was even beaten with Ninjutsu!"

"They only said a few wrong words, and they got tied up and beaten. Is there no justice? No law?"

"Punish them severely! They must be severely punished! It won't matter who comes!"

"They beat someone from the Shimura Clan and think they can get away with it? Baka yarou!"

Akashi Kishimoto broke out in a cold sweat.

"Please calm down, everyone! I invited you here today mainly to mediate..."

"Mediate? Mediate my ass! Hand over the culprit who did the beating! I want to see who exactly dares to commit such violence so arrogantly in Konoha!"

"Konoha cannot allow someone so arrogant to exist!"

The office door was suddenly kicked open.

Tsunade walked into the office with an icy expression.

The parents were instantly dumbfounded.

The room fell deathly silent!

Princess Tsunade, Konoha's princess, and also the most skilled medical ninja in the entire Shinobi World!

Even children could recognize her!

The Shimura Clan member who had been cursing moments ago immediately shut his mouth, as though he had not just been farting out insults nonstop.

At once, a stormy swell rippled.

Akashi Kishimoto's vision went dark, and he nearly collapsed.

He began to wonder whether he had failed to check the almanac before leaving home.

Mirai Uzumaki's guardian was actually Princess Tsunade!

"And you lot!" Tsunade did not care who was a teacher. She pointed at the group of parents as well.

"You dared bully my little brother and sister in the classroom. Beating them up was already going easy on them! This matter isn't over yet!"

"If this isn't settled before school lets out, I'll personally block the school gates and beat them up every time I see them! Do you hear me?"

Although Tsunade had not yet become one of Konoha's Legendary Sannin.

The parents were even less able to say anything. Ever since Tsunade entered the room, they had not dared utter a single word.

Princess Tsunade was immensely famous in Konoha.

She was the idol of many people.

Seeing her is nothing. I even touched her last night!

Because Minato had spoken up for them yesterday—though it had not done much—he had become friends with Mirai and Kushina.

For now, he could hang out with the two of them.
