Konoha: Muzan of the Hatake Household — Haku's Stage
Every Twelve Kizuki had their own stage. Haku's strength was more than worthy of being called Upper Rank. If not for Hiruko, and if the timing had been right, the two of them would surely have fought a Position-Swapping Blood Battle.
Flawless-faced Haku watched the two sides still fighting at sea. The white mist posed no obstruction to his eyes.
"Thank you, Lord Muzan. This is a fine stage. Once this war ends, they will know the name of a Twelve Kizuki who possesses Ice Release."
His voice was cool and clear. Under everyone's watchful eyes, Haku slowly raised an arm. The moment he opened his palm, the temperature began to plummet.
Until the first snowflake fell upon the sea!
The ninjas still fighting sensed the drop in temperature. The Land of Waves ninjas all knew that one of the Twelve Kizuki aboard the main warship had made a move, and immediately withdrew from the battlefield. Only the bewildered Hidden Mist ninjas remained, still unaware of the severity of the situation.
The Mist Ninja concealed within the fog feared that it was an enemy trap and deliberately began gathering together, guarding against a sudden attack.
"Why are the Land of Waves ninjas retreating? Are they afraid of our strength?"
"I don't know, but I feel the temperature changing."
"The temperature? I remember one of the Twelve Kizuki can control it. This is bad! Everyone, get out of the way!"
Some Hidden Mist Village ninjas had already realized that something was wrong and fled the sea at once, but a small number reacted too slowly.
By the time they sensed the fatal danger, escape was no longer possible. They could only use ninjutsu to resist.
"Water Release! Water Formation Wall!"
The surging
