The army of two thousand sang marching songs, like giant anacondas returning to their nests.
When two thousand people marched in step and sang the same song, even if their equipment was somewhat lacking, their presence alone was enough to draw every eye.
Led by Jon, the two thousand tribal warriors marched toward the camp that belonged to him.
"Gods, th-this is really an army of Wildlings?"
"Just look at what they're wearing. If they aren't Wildlings, then what are they?"
"I'm not talking about their equipment. Their bearing—their bearing, understand?"
"Their presence is certainly impressive. The question is whether they can fight."
Soldiers and nobles pointed and whispered among themselves.
At that moment, Meiqi Saiwen and Harrion also arrived at Jon's camp.
"Jon really managed to pull an army out of those Wildlings? They actually look pretty good!" Before Jon had left, Earl Severn had thought he was wasting his time.
But now the facts stood before him. Jon had surprised him once again.
"It seems Jon isn't just excellent at war. He's also remarkably skilled at persuading people."
Harrion sighed beside him.
At the very least, this high-spirited, unified army was far superior to the Wildling soldiers among the Lannister host.
Jon seemed to have molded them together in a very short time.
This was an army that could at least be taken into battle.
And one capable of winning!
The two of them could hardly wait to meet Jon and learn how he had done it.
Over the past few days, quite a few people in the North army had begun imitating Jon's training methods.
Unfortunately, the results had not been very good.
They wanted to ask Jon for advice as well.
Meanwhile, when Lyman Darry heard that Jon had returned, he insisted on visiting Jon's camp.
