When he saw Yan Jingzhe enter, his gaze paused on his face for a moment before slowly moving downward and finally settling on the faint chill surrounding his body. Then he spoke.
"You went to the Far North?"
"Yes, Teacher. I went to the Far North." Yan Jingzhe sat across from him. "And I gained quite a lot."
Without pausing, he summoned the Ice Sky Snow Maiden Martial Soul from within his body. In an instant, the temperature throughout the room plummeted. A thin layer of frost rapidly formed over the window glass, while the steam rising from the teacup condensed into fine droplets clinging to its sides.
Mu En's eyes narrowed as his gaze fell upon that icy-blue phantom.
But when he saw the three Soul Rings floating above it, the hand holding his tea stopped.
