"Yous, nothing unusual these past two days, right?"

Kida looked at the short man sitting at the bow and asked.

Kida was a middle-aged man standing two meters and eighty centimeters tall, with a full beard, a red face, and arms that hung past his knees.

"Nothing unusual, but ever since earlier, I've had this uneasy feeling," Yous replied.

"It's fine. Maybe you're just too nervous. Relax a little."

"Looking at you, could it be that you didn't enjoy the woman I gave you?" Kida said with a laugh.

"Captain, stop talking about it. The vice-captain has been staying here the whole time and hasn't touched that woman at all," a crewman beside him said with a laugh.

"People like us pirates might die any day now!" Kida said with a laugh.

A young man dressed in black had appeared atop the mast at some unknown time!

It was Xia Zhiqing!

"Who sent you?" Kida demanded.

Xia Zhiqing suddenly turned into a streak of lightning and appeared on the deck!

"The Kingdom of Goma?"

Kida's tone abruptly turned icy.

"That's right!"

Xia Zhiqing answered.

"Good. Then let me see what waves a mere brat like you can stir up!"

"Since you've chosen to walk into my trap, I'll grant your wish!"

"Brothers, kill him! Do you really think the Swift Blade Pirates are easy to bully?"

With a shout, Kida threw a punch that burst through the air!

"A contest of strength? I have no interest in matching strength with you!"

"Genjutsu: Golden Binding Technique!" Xia Zhiqing said quietly.

Kida felt a force pulling him into locking eyes with Xia Zhiqing!

Then, an immense force surged directly into his body, and he could no longer move!

"You've got nothing but openings behind you, brat! Sorry, but your life ends here!"

Just as Xia Zhiqing was about to finish off Kida, Vice-Captain Yous appeared behind Xia Zhiqing at some unknown time.

A set of steel claws suddenly sprang from his hand and slashed toward Xia Zhiqing's neck!

"Die, brat!"

The other crew members rushed over as well, their faces twisted viciously!
