Xia Zhiqing formed hand seals, and a ferocious tiger of lightning rose from the ground and charged forward!

Rob Lucci was shocked. Just as he was about to move, Xia Zhiqing's voice came from behind him. "Rob Lucci, I'd advise you not to move around!!"

Xia Zhiqing's body crackled with lightning, his finger hovering less than an inch from Rob Lucci's neck!

He could take Rob Lucci's life at any moment!

"You're stronger than I imagined."

Rob Lucci sighed and withdrew from his Devil Fruit form!

"You're stronger than I imagined too!" Xia Zhiqing dispersed the lightning around himself and rapidly retreated several steps!

"Let's go! We still have the Dongping Kingdom mission to complete. We can't delay it!"

Xia Zhiqing stood up, took two breaths, and rubbed his chest. "Was it easy for me to secretly learn the Six Powers?"

"Still, winning today's battle was truly a stroke of luck!"

"If Rob Lucci had known my abilities beforehand, I probably would've had to go all out just to fight him to a draw!"

Xia Zhiqing was not particularly proud of this victory!

Xia Zhiqing's right arm moved at high speed, firing a barrage of lightning bullets that blasted the boulder he had targeted into pieces!

"And finally, the Paper Arts: Life Return that I wanted!!"

Xia Zhiqing activated Life Return, controlling every cell in his body to the limit!
