Soul-Refining Realm!
The second realm of Life Cultivation.
The First Realm of Life Cultivation was Foundation Establishment, chiefly training the three forces. Once the three forces flowed as one, they would shake the entire body. When they stirred the Seven Souls within and caused them to manifest, one would qualify to step into the Soul-Refining Realm and, according to the cultivation method, knock on its gate and refine the Seven Souls in turn.
All of this was mentioned in The Way of Nature and Life, which the City God had given Qiu Yan. However, the book did not dwell much on how to condense the Seven Souls. In the City God's eyes, Qiu Yan's scholar incarnation had no talent for martial arts. Strengthening his body and preserving his health would already be the limit, so the book mostly recorded methods for tempering the body, along with a few tricks for breaking through the Foundation Establishment Realm.
