By the time the city patrol arrived, the two men were long gone. The pedestrians and merchants inside and outside the city, seeing government soldiers beaten, had fled at once, terrified of suffering an undeserved calamity.
With nothing to investigate, the patrol leader could only question the fallen soldiers, but their answers made him frown.
"Only two men? Bare-handed? Two men took down nearly twenty armed soldiers?"
Just as the patrol leader was about to fly into a rage, sudden footsteps interrupted him.

Neither worshippers and pilgrims nor the troublemakers remained; only a mess covered the ground, while several temple attendants cleaned up the aftermath.
The patrol leader found someone to question, only then learning that the two troublemakers had come into the temple, shoving down doors and walls. In the end, they had even shouted at the City God statue. But for some reason, one of them suddenly spat blood, and the two hurriedly departed.
They had come suddenly and left just as directly.
