Bringing Chthon into Adam's camp had not actually been a mistake. Daisy stared at the Sea of Souls before her in astonishment. Brother Adam seemed to be taking the path of absorbing Death's authority as well. The things within his Sea of Souls generally possessed the trait of neither living nor dying. That made things interesting.
She could not tell whether Adam had originally intended to take this path, or whether she had forced him onto it.
It was not that she could not fight and kill her way through it. Everything had its limits. As long as she kept chopping away, after ten days or half a month, she would surely drain all the energy in the Sea of Souls.
But now, she had a better method.

The dense aura of life struck the sea's surface like deep-sea bombs, setting off endless thunderous explosions. The souls within the seawater were unwilling or enraged, but before the powerful force of rules, all became calm.
They were forcibly redeemed, leaving the Sea of Souls and drifting away on the wind.
Adam had not known she possessed such a move. Seeing Holy Light restrain soul power and realizing that he had lost the initiative, he had no choice but to increase his output of soul
