"Widdle... tiger?" Little Rachel's eyes brimmed with curiosity. Her mouth hung slightly open, and she tilted her lips and curled her tongue, seemingly trying to make the sound.
Little Franklin gave her a telekinetic smack, signaling her not to embarrass herself. Little Rachel had no idea why and turned to glare at her.
"Don't fuss. Big sisters and little sisters should get along. Come on, let's study this little tiger together!" Daisy happily set Little Rachel down. Second Ya wasn't scared at all and toddled forward, reaching out to touch the little creature on the ground.
The cub was only a few months old. The fur atop its head felt wonderfully soft, and Little Rachel, who had always been adorable, chuckled happily.
"Me, me too!" Little Franklin could no longer suppress her curiosity. She patted Daisy's shoulder, and her dad set her down on the ground as well.
"Third Ya, do you know what kind of animal this is?" Daisy asked smugly. Her third daughter was just too proud, always putting on that smug little face. It was cute when she was little, but would she get beaten up when she grew older?
Unfortunately, Daisy had underestimated the species known as top students. As an Omega-level prodigy with sufficient ability, even though she had only been born for ten days, Little Franklin had already begun reading all kinds of science picture books while her sister was still thinking about comic books.
Her exploration of the world did not falter simply because of her young age. She tilted her head and thought for a moment.
"This is... a saber-toothed tiger...?" Third Ya had clearly read quite a few books, but saber-toothed tigers had only received a brief mention in them, with no photographs of actual specimens. She wasn't entirely sure.
