She went through more than a dozen Skrull Deities, keeping those with portfolios such as knowledge and dance. She figured their faith would not be easily severed, and they would make it easier to fool the Skrulls outside later.
As for the gods of agriculture and hunting, she killed them all. The Skrulls had long since entered the interstellar age. Who still farmed?
She treated the Skrull Deities gathered in groups differently, ultimately selecting eight who seemed soft-tempered, weak in combat, yet capable of being useful in the coming operation.
