Deadpool was no fool. Things like Thanos serving him tea or Eternity lighting his cigarettes were only good for bragging in front of beautiful women. With a whole castle full of enemies before him, he had better keep a low profile.
So he casually shoved the famous vampire hunter, Blade, out to take the blame.
If he had given his own name, the old butler definitely would not have recognized it. Who the hell knew what a Deadpool was? But the old butler had indeed heard of Blade, the half-human, half-vampire, though he had never seen him in person and was somewhat skeptical.
The Centaur Warriors arrived quickly. Before the vampire servants could run back, those four-legged creatures had already charged in.
They stood packed tightly together, each holding a spear.
The Centaur Warriors formed a wedge formation to Deadpool's flank. Their hooves pounded the ground, creating the overwhelming visual impact of ten thousand horses galloping at once. The Centaur Warrior leading the charge was especially tall and powerfully built. He was the one who had "killed" Deadpool with a spear from afar earlier.
Seeing his prey come back to life, he flew into a rage. He leveled a spear in his hand, his ferocious expression making it seem as though he intended to skewer Deadpool to death in one thrust.
The vampires hastily retreated. They had previously blocked Deadpool's view, but once they moved aside, the Centaur Warriors behind them appeared a hundred meters away.
For a cavalry charge, that distance vanished in an instant.
Xiakala could not help crying out at the sight, but she knew something was wrong and quickly covered her mouth.
Deadpool seemed frightened stupid by the Centaur Warriors' charge. He stared blankly at the approaching spear, neither dodging nor raising his blade to meet
