Daisy had been searching the timeline for traces of Thanos. The point in time her parallel-universe older cousin had gone to was deeply hidden. Because of the Heart of the Universe, that point had been buried so deeply it nearly ceased to exist. Even with her greatly increased powers, she had no way to deal with a time point that did not exist.
Cable and Master Kang's visit lifted her spirits somewhat. At last, someone had come to help.
What divine power could not accomplish, technology might be able to. Besides, this was technology from two thousand years in the future. She held a certain amount of hope for their arrival.
Having acquired the nickname Master Kang, Kang the Conqueror did not mind. He even thought Daisy was praising him. Smugly, he said, "My detector shows that Thanos is in the fourteenth century BC, during the reign of Pharaoh Akhenaten..."
Before he could finish, Daisy cut him off. "I saw that information already. You don't need to tell me. That period has been split into countless fragments. He could succeed in any given second. I need a more precise point in time—the year, month, and day, even the exact minute and second."
After being snapped at twice, Master Kang turned his head away in a huff and stopped talking.
Apparently, this guy only knew how to talk. Daisy turned her gaze toward Cable.
"I'm not sure I can find such a specific time point. Do you really have to pinpoint it down to the second before you can act?"
Cable looked deeply troubled. Time travel was as simple as eating and drinking to him, but narrowing it down to the second was difficult. The margin of error was too great. No one would be standing beside him after he traveled
