Baldy and Doctor Doom shook hands warmly on the White House lawn. As reporters pressed their shutters, the photograph spread across the world and was hailed as a crucial icebreaking visit. Many found it unbelievable, but faced with irrefutable facts, they could only accept reality: the United States' foreign policy had indeed undergone a major change.
