The Hive

When Daisy and Viper found The Hive, it was transforming into the form of a burly German man and trying to absorb the Mechanical Demon Arm.

"So this was the guy? He didn't seem all that impressive." Viper might have been a complete weakling herself, but she had at least encountered Chthon, the God of Dark Magic, so her standards were high.

Daisy did not sense anything unusual either. To prevent him from having the ability to restrain Inhumans, she switched to the Quantum Bracelets. The source of the bracelets' manifestations was her own mental power, and her mental power came from the Phoenix. No matter how strong The Hive was, it could not control the Phoenix.

A could not beat B, B could not beat C, and C could not beat A. It was nothing new for abilities to counter one another. The lesson of Red Skull being instantly killed by Baldy was not far in the past, and Daisy now took every battle seriously.

After examining it with Super Vision, she confirmed that this thing really was a parasite. Its body consisted of countless highly aggressive Inhuman cells. Rather than an individual, it was more like a collective of wills.

The name The Hive was quite fitting.

"Stay alert. I'll test it first." Daisy set Viper down on the ground, and the two slowly approached The Hive, which was holding the Demon Arm and studying it.

"What was it doing?"

"It was probably trying to transform the demon's limb and elevate its own life form?"

Daisy was not entirely certain either. Inhumans were completely products of technology, but demons had nothing to do with technology no matter how she looked at them.
