The Punisher slowly rose to his feet, his body still in shackles. "Alien, I don't kill good people. Is this battle of yours brutal? Will people die?"
The Silver Surfer remained expressionless and merely nodded. "I don't kill good people either... The fighting is brutal, and the enemies are endless. One of my former colleagues was killed by the enemy and torn apart, without even a scrap left behind."
"Perfect. I like this job. I'm coming with you."
The Silver Surfer had offered him a new choice—or rather, a diversion for what remained of his life. He had nothing left anyway. He would see what sort of work this so-called master could offer him. If it was interesting, he would do it for a couple of days. If not, he would kill the other party, or let the other party kill him!
The two immediately vanished from the prison. Riding the Silver Surfer's board, the Punisher followed him into the vast depths of the universe to meet the Planet Devourer.

After tossing the solution to the problem to the Asgardian Council, Daisy went to find the Dwarf King and prepared to forge a left-handed Infinity Gauntlet.
