Zhong Shanli's smile was still on his face when he sprang up the next second, his Battle Saber leaving its sheath.
"Great Xia's strategic missiles?"
He stared at the three rapidly approaching markers on the screen, his pupils shrinking sharply.
Yun Bing straightened as well. She identified the model of the incoming weapons even faster than Zhong Shanli had.
"Heavenly Fall-III."
For the first time, urgency entered her voice.
The Heavenly Fall-III was the East Sea Defense Line's highest-grade strategic interception weapon, specifically designed to deal with aerial threats at Emperor Rank and above.
Each one cost over ten billion, and the entire East Sea Defense Line had no more than twelve in stock.
And now, three had been launched at once.
"They mistook the Judgment for an Alliance warship!"
Zhong Shanli cursed and turned to Li Zhengyang. "This piece of junk doesn't have Great Xia identification codes. The Defense Line troops can't tell!"
"Quick! Contact Zhou Lie!"
Yun Bing raised her hand and tapped the communications panel three times in rapid succession.
No signal.
The Judgment's communication system was completely incompatible with Great Xia's military frequencies. There was no way to connect.
Yun Bing looked up. The three lasers had already pierced the outer layer of the shield and locked onto the hull.
The Heavenly Fall-III flew dozens of times faster than conventional missiles. From launch to impact, they had no more than five seconds.
Zhong Shanli gripped his saber hilt. "There's no time to communicate. I'll intercept them outside!"
He had barely taken half a step when a hand pressed down on his shoulder.
Li Zhengyang rose from his chair and nudged Zhong Shanli aside.
"Don't waste your strength."
He walked to the main console and swiped across the control panel.
The holographic display switched to the weapons
