However, after Golden Lion Shiki stormed Marine Headquarters Marineford alone in an attempt to rescue Roger, only to be defeated by Garp and Sengoku and imprisoned in Impel Down, his forces and territory swiftly fell apart as well!
By the time Golden Lion Shiki broke out of Impel Down, only a handful of men remained under his command. Some of his former subordinates had even joined other pirate forces, leaving him little more than a commander without an army.
