East Blue, Dawn Island.
Goa Kingdom, Windmill Village.
A warship slowly docked at the harbor. Sephiroth and Garp, clad in white coats of justice, descended the gangplank and stepped onto the pier.
Not far away, a middle-aged man wearing a red-striped hat, a yellow shirt, red-striped trousers, glasses, and leaning on a cane called out in their direction:
"Garp, long time no see!"
"Hahaha! Mayor Woop, long time no see!"
"Did you come back specifically to see little Luffy again?"
"Yeah! Have you seen where Luffy is?"
"I just saw him head into Makino's bar. He should be eating right now, shouldn't he?"
Mayor Woop pointed toward a bar in the distance, with a sign reading "Party's Bar" hanging above its entrance.
"Oh! I see! Then I'll go see my grandson first... I'll come find you for tea later!"
Garp laughed as he waved, striding toward the distant bar.
Following behind him, Sephiroth looked around at the village's pastoral scenery before asking, "By the way, why did you leave your grandson in such a remote border village? With your abilities, you should have been able to place him somewhere better, right?"
"What's wrong with Windmill Village... Everyone in the village knows each other, so I can rest easy leaving Luffy in their care. But really, it's all that brat Dragon's fault. He's been messing around out there and stirring up plenty of trouble..." Garp said with an annoyed expression.
"Uh!? You're right. With Dragon being a factor, it really is quite troublesome..." Sephiroth nodded in agreement.
Not to mention the countless pirate enemies Garp had made, the Revolutionary Army's efforts to incite revolutions everywhere had offended the interests of many countries. If word got out that Dragon had a son, it was entirely possible that someone would seek revenge...
