Sephiroth sat at the bar, gently swirling the Sherry in his glass as he casually asked:
"Makino, I feel like I haven't seen that kid Luffy in a long time...
Where did he go?"
Upon hearing that, Makino, who stood behind the bar in a white long-sleeved shirt and red skirt, paused slightly as she wiped down the counter with a rag before sighing softly.
"I heard Mr. Garp threw Luffy to Dadan the Mountain Bandit's family on Mount Colubo to be looked after..."
"Eh!? He actually threw him to mountain bandits... Garp really has a big heart!" Sephiroth remarked for no particular reason.
Even so, Sephiroth somehow felt that Garp had done it because he was worried word would get out about Luffy eating the Gum-Gum Fruit...
That old bastard Garp might look like an idiot all day long, but he was really wise beneath a foolish exterior. He understood everything he needed to understand!
It was just that he preferred doing things his own way, which made him seem like a fool!
Windmill Village was still a village, after all, with its own small port. Merchants traveling north and south occasionally used it as a transit stop. With Luffy's mischievous nature, if he stayed in the village, he would definitely show off his rubber abilities everywhere and come up with all kinds of tricks.
That being the case, the World Government might find out that the Gum-Gum Fruit they had been desperate to reclaim had already been eaten by someone...

For instance, pirates might suddenly attack Windmill Village and slaughter everyone in it. A certain little boy who had eaten the
