Seeing Sephiroth defeat Phoenix Allen in the sky, Tsuru, holding a long-barreled rifle, escorted the King of Alabasta out of the alley and onto the harbor.

After saying that, she led a man with a mustache and hurried into the crater, where she looked at Steel Bone Kong, who lay on his back on the ground, covered in wounds.
By then, the Marine rear admiral had completely lost consciousness. His chest was visibly caved in, and several of his ribs had been broken.

He swept his gaze over the harbor below. In the end, he descended from the sky, retracted his Black Wings, and landed beside Tsuru.
