The sun gradually sank westward, painting the sky with a faint red glow.
Upon the boundless azure sea stood an island assembled from dozens of giant snail ships.
At the center of the island, a black flag flew from the roof of a black-topped castle. It bore blue stripes and the white number "66." This was the headquarters of Germa 66—the "Army of Evil" and "War Experts" that had once struck fear into every nation of North Blue... the Germa Kingdom!
At the island's harbor stood two rows of Germa soldiers, armed and dressed in black bodysuits with white hoods over their heads.
Between them ran a hundred-meter red carpet, upon which stood five figures, male and female alike. They were members of the Vinsmoke Family, who stood at the pinnacle of power in the Germa Kingdom.
A Germa soldier holding binoculars and gazing into the distance reported to Judge, who stood nearby with long blond hair and a light gray combat suit.
"Report! A ship is approaching at high speed across the sea..."
Behind Judge stood four more figures in combat suits—three boys and one girl.
Though the three boys were only fifteen or sixteen years old, there was not a trace of youthful vitality on their faces. They were completely expressionless, their eyes cold, as though they were machines without emotions.
Other than their different hair colors—red, blue, and green—and their differing hairstyles, their facial features were nearly identical. One glance was enough to tell that they were biological brothers.
Meanwhile, the girl in the pink combat suit had medium-length pink hair covering her right eye, a blue scarf around her neck, and earmuffs on her head. Compared to them, both her expression and gaze were far gentler.
All four were Judge's children. They were superhumans
