Above the sea, dark clouds covered the sky, thunder rumbled dully, and rain fell in a steady drizzle.
This was an exceptionally unique stretch of sea. What flowed across its surface was not seawater, but all manner of fruit juices giving off sweet, fragrant aromas. Even the rain falling from the sky was thick, cloying sugar water.
Within this exceptionally unique sea lay thirty-five islands themed around various foods, such as Cocoa Island, Jam Island, and Cheese Island. Centered around an island called "Whole Cake Island," they were scattered throughout the surrounding waters like stars. Together, these islands formed the direct territory of the Big Mom Pirates... the Totto Land Kingdom!
Cocoa Island, Chocolate Town.
Dressed in a black suit with two long swords at his waist, Sephiroth walked down the broad street with both hands in his pockets.
The houses and buildings around him were all made of chocolate. Even the fountains in the square spouted chocolate syrup, and the sweet fragrance of chocolate permeated the entire town.
In this dreamlike town filled with the fragrance of food lived all sorts of races, including humans, the Fish-Man Race, the Merfolk Race, and the Mink Tribe. They were well dressed, full of energy, and led leisurely, carefree lives.
Besides that, Sephiroth could see some strange anthropomorphic creatures throughout the town, such as chess soldiers, humanoid animals, talking flowers, grass, and trees—even streetlamps...
These anthropomorphic creatures were collectively known as... Homies!
These countless Homies were all creations made by Big Mom Charlotte Linlin using the Soul-Soul Fruit.

Creating Homies required one essential ingredient... human lifespan!
