Sephiroth and Makino walked side by side along the mountain path at an unhurried pace, chatting and laughing.
From afar, they saw two small wooden huts standing on the lawn in front of Dadan's Hideout. Each had a plaque hanging above it, bearing the words "Ace Kingdom" and "Luffy Kingdom."
Ace and Luffy had built those huts when they were children after getting into an argument, claiming they were going to develop the ability to live independently.

The two still often ran over to Dadan's house to borrow things, making one seriously wonder whether they were truly living independently at all...

Hearing that, Ace finally snapped out of his curiosity over testing his ability and laughed.

Yesterday, when Luffy and I went to High Town in the Goa Kingdom, we happened to run into a group of pirates. We robbed them of some money and a strange fruit.
