Sephiroth and Tashigi walked side by side along a wide, bustling street.
Holding a sheathed longsword in her left hand, Tashigi looked at the handsome yet strangely alluring silver-haired young man beside her and said shyly:
"I'm really troubling you!
You even have to accompany me to get my sword maintained..."
"Then how about you accompany me for a cup of coffee later?"
Sephiroth chuckled and casually wrapped his right arm around the girl's slender waist.
"Um..."
Tashigi looked at the hand resting on her waist, and her face instantly flushed crimson. However, she neither dodged nor resisted.
She had known Sephiroth for several months now. Not only had he carefully taught her swordsmanship, but he had also injected her with a drug that could greatly improve her physical abilities and help her grow stronger.

The weapon shop's owner was a bald, middle-aged man with a red nose. Dressed in a blue kimono, he leaned against the counter with one hand and yawned boredly.
Tashigi placed Shigure on the counter and said to the red-nosed man:
"Boss, I'd like you to replace this sword's hilt..."
"No problem...
