He was back.

When Anna at the front desk saw Xia Yan, surprise flickered uncontrollably in her eyes, but she quickly composed herself and smiled.

"You're back? Why do you look so miserable?"

"It was more troublesome than I expected." Xia Yan replied flatly, unwilling to say more.

He then asked, "Is the supervisor here?"

"The supervisor? I think he went out. You're injured? Hurry to the infirmary and get it treated. It wouldn't be good if it gets infected," Anna said with some concern.

The cloth around Xia Yan's arm had been completely soaked through with blood.

"I know. Thanks." Xia Yan nodded expressionlessly.

After taking a few steps, he suddenly stopped. "By the way, Anna, if the supervisor comes back, please let me know."

"Okay."

"Thanks." With that, he strode away.

Anna looked at his backpack thoughtfully.

Xia Yan went to the infirmary and picked up some medicine and gauze.

Then he returned to his room.

He quickly treated the wound on his arm. Fortunately, he had some experience handling emergencies in the wild and had brought medicine with him. He had already given the wound basic treatment and taken measures against infection, though the pain had nearly made him pass out at the time.

With a little more treatment, it should be mostly fine. He just probably could not exercise strenuously or carry heavy loads for a while.

Fortunately, medical care in the Pokémon World was quite advanced. Not only was it effective for Pokémon, but human medicine was highly efficient as well.
