Watching this Krabby, which Weedle had struggled so hard to drag out of the water, spitting bubble after bubble, Xia Yan pursed his lips.
It was not that he was surprised to see a Pokémon like Krabby. As a Water-type Pokémon commonly found in the waters of the Kanto Region, it was perfectly normal for one to appear here.
What surprised him was this Krabby's strength.
Its size, the size of its claws, the sharpness and wear on its pincers, the depth of color in its shell, and the fullness of the muscles beneath it all made its strength easy to identify.
