At this point, the Second Hokage gave it some serious thought, then looked at Xunjing and suggested, "It would be best if you handled this personally. That would be the most effective way to demonstrate your strength and deter them."
"Otherwise, they might underestimate you because you're so young."
When it came to serious business, the Second Hokage never messed around. Although he had his reservations about the Uchiha, he offered every suggestion he should, holding nothing back.
The idea he had just proposed was indeed sound.
Within Konoha, hardly anyone would doubt Xunjing's ability to hold the position of Hokage just because he was young. The people outside the village, however, were another story.

After hearing him out, Xunjing raised an eyebrow, looking a little surprised. He nodded at the Second Hokage and said with a smile, "All right! I'll take your advice. I'll go there myself when the time comes. Just set a date and let me know."
The Second Hokage looked satisfied and nodded in return.
Xunjing changed the subject, turning to the Second Hokage again. "By the way, you've read that copy of the Flying Thunder God Technique I asked the First Hokage to pass along to you, haven't you?"
"What did you think? Did you get anything out of it?"
He was clearly asking on purpose.
Rather than offering the Second Hokage a benefit, he was teasing him. After all, the Second Hokage had personally created the Flying Thunder God Technique back in the day. Now that Xunjing had produced a better, more refined version, who knew how the Second Hokage felt about
