They too were being denied, being told they "did not exist," yet they did not stop.
"They do not need to prove that I exist," Lin Ye said softly. "They only need to choose to remember me. Even if I never existed, even if I am only an illusion, even if 3.7 billion civilizations all remembered wrong—"
He paused. "They chose to remember me. That choice itself is my Proof of Existence."
The Weaver of Lies's light trembled violently. "That is not logical! If memories are false, what meaning is there in choosing to remember false memories?"
