Dragon nodded and continued, "According to the intelligence we have gathered, the situation at the Moon Base has become extremely critical. The far side of the moon is being eroded by Void Energy, and the Spectrum Temple may already have fallen. The holder of the Flame Ruins—Ace—is currently missing, but we have reason to believe he escaped successfully and is searching for the other key holders."
Kalgara raised his hand. "We need to contact these key holders as soon as possible and gather our forces before the Five Elders complete their plan."
"Exactly." Dragon braced both hands on the table. "I have decided to dispatch three elite teams to the confirmed key locations. Kalgara, you will lead the first team to Caesar Island. Ivankov, you will lead the second team to Amazon Lily. Bartholomew Kuma, you will be responsible for the third team. Your target is Germa."
The three Revolutionary Army officers nodded to acknowledge their assignments.
"At the same time," Dragon said, turning to Haku, "you will establish a secret communication channel with our allies within the Navy. We have informants embedded in the Navy who have been undercover for years. It is time to activate them."
Haku adjusted his glasses. "I have prepared several secure communication protocols. They will ensure that the information cannot be intercepted by CP0 or any World Government agency."
Dragon nodded approvingly, then pointed at the twelve newly displayed red markers on the projection. "According to our intelligence, the World Government has established twelve 'Celestial Dragon Descent' ritual sites across the world. These locations happen to correspond to weak points in the Dimensional Barrier. We suspect that they plan to conduct some sort of ritual at all these locations simultaneously, accelerating the collapse of the Dimensional Barrier."
