"These phenomena perfectly matched the signs of 'Void Erosion' described in my father's manuscript," Steel Bone Kong continued. "And the Five Elders' recent series of orders—restricting the Navy's intelligence authority, demanding the complete extermination of the Revolutionary Army rather than their capture, and now suddenly summoning all Admirals to Mary Geoise—all indicate that they are accelerating some kind of plan."
Aokiji finally spoke. "If this is true, then Akainu's special fleet may not be heading out to suppress the Revolutionary Army. They may be carrying out some secret mission for the Five Elders."
Kizaru lazily cut in. "How~ ter~ ri~ fy~ ing~. But, Fleet Admiral, if we don't obey the Five Elders' orders, wouldn't that be open rebellion?"
"The key question is whether we are loyal to justice or to the Five Elders," Steel Bone Kong said sharply. "If the Five Elders have truly been controlled by Void Creatures, as I suspect, and their orders will lead to the extinction of all humanity, then how is obeying such orders any different from betraying humanity?"
The conference room immediately fell into disagreement. Some of the officers, led by Aokiji and Tsuru, expressed support for Steel Bone Kong's judgment. Others remained hesitant, believing the accusations were too bizarre and lacked sufficient evidence to justify openly defying the World Government's highest rulers.
Just as the argument grew heated, the conference room's communicator suddenly sounded an emergency alarm. Tsuru quickly answered it, and the voice of an officer on duty came through. "Vice Admiral! We just received an urgent report! Admiral Akainu's fleet suddenly changed course and launched a fierce attack on the Revolutionary Army's base on G-16 Island! But they used some kind of weapon we've never seen before. The entire island has been shrouded in purple-black energy, and all our surveillance units
