Human Traffickers Appear

After hearing Shakky's introduction, everyone was utterly shocked.

Only Straw Hat Luffy burst into laughter. "Hahaha~~"

"Isn't that pretty interesting??"

"What's interesting about that, you idiot?" Nami could not help smacking Luffy on the head.

Robin covered her mouth and chuckled softly, while Brook and Chopper trembled in fear at Nami's violence.

Tashigi asked quietly, "Kalifa, there are so many Pirates here in the Sabaody Archipelago with bounties over a hundred million. Will Luo Chen... be in any danger?"

"How rare! You've started worrying about Luo Chen already!" Kalifa immediately teased Tashigi.

Tashigi blushed and quickly replied, "No, I haven't!!"

How could Tashigi possibly admit something like that? It would be far too embarrassing if she did.

Hatchan had not forgotten the main reason they had come to see Shakky. "So, Shakky, where should we go to find Rayleigh??"

"Rayleigh? He's usually in GR 1 through 29." Shakky replied with a smile.

Chopper counted on his fingers. "GR 1 through 29... isn't that the Lawless Area? That's scary."

"It mainly depends on you all." Shakky said unhurriedly as she smoked.

Luffy raised both hands and laughed. "All right, then let's go find that coating old man!!"

No one in the Straw Hat Pirates objected, and neither did Hatchan, Camie, or Pappag.

The only difference was Kalifa and Tashigi, since neither of them belonged to the Straw Hat Pirates.

Afterward, the Straw Hat Pirates left Shakky's Rip-off Bar. Shakky stood at the entrance and watched the brats leave.

She said, "Good luck, brats. Of course, it would be best if you can find Rayleigh."

Kalifa and Tashigi followed behind the Straw Hat Pirates.

Tashigi asked softly, "Kalifa, why are we still following the Straw Hat Pirates!?"

Tashigi was extremely puzzled by this. Following them all the way here was one thing, but why did Kalifa still want to follow them now??

Kalifa replied quietly as well, "Originally, I wasn't planning to keep following the Straw Hat Pirates."

"Then why?" Tashigi was very curious about what had made Kalifa bring her along to continue following the Straw Hat Pirates.

Kalifa continued in a low voice, "That man they mentioned earlier, Uncle Rayleigh—I suspect he's the Pirate King's first mate, Dark King Rayleigh."

Tashigi's loud scream made Luffy, Brook, Chopper, Nami, Robin, Hatchan, Camie, and Pappag, who were walking ahead, all turn around in confusion to look at her.

Kalifa hurriedly covered Tashigi's mouth and gave an apologetic, foolish smile.

She reminded Tashigi in her ear, "Watch yourself. If you act like that, how are we supposed to keep following them??"

"I understand." Tashigi also realized that she had indeed lost her composure just now.

Up ahead, Robin said to Nami, "I think there's something suspicious about those two behind us!"

"Robin, I feel the same way." Nami's thoughts coincided with Robin's.

Robin and Nami had gone shopping, while Kalifa and Tashigi had not paid special attention to Camie. Therefore, when Camie was taken away, no one noticed.

It was not until more than half an hour later, when everyone gathered together, that they realized Camie was missing.

Nami had no choice but to approach Kalifa and Tashigi and ask, "Excuse me, have you seen Camie?"

"I'm sorry, but we haven't seen her either." Kalifa answered truthfully.

The two of them really had not seen the mermaid woman anywhere.

"Camie!" Luffy called out.

"Camie!" Pappag called out.

Kalifa and Tashigi also felt that they should help, so they joined the search.

However, after searching the entire area, they could not find any trace of Camie.

Pappag said worriedly, "What do we do? We can't find Camie anywhere. Camie wouldn't just get lost on her own!!"

"There's another possibility: she was captured by human traffickers." As former CP9, Kalifa knew something about the darker side of things, so she voiced her guess.
