Redfield could no longer remember how long it had been since he last spoke, nor could he remember how long he had been imprisoned in Infinite Hell on the sixth level of Impel Down.

In Infinite Hell, there was no daylight at all. One could not possibly have an accurate sense of time.

Redfield continued, "Boy, I know what you want. You want me to join your Pirate crew? I never became someone else's subordinate in my life, so leave."

"Heh heh! Don't be so quick to refuse. I know what you want, Lord Redfield," Luo Chen replied with a smile.

This piqued Redfield's interest. "Then tell me. What is it that I want?"

"To regain your youth and restore the strength you possessed at your absolute peak." Luo Chen directly revealed the matter Redfield cared about most.

Upon hearing this, Redfield's gaze shifted slightly, but that change did not escape Luo Chen's notice.

After a few seconds, Redfield asked, "You have a way to restore my youth and bring back my former peak strength!?"

"What do you think?" Luo Chen did not answer directly, instead tossing the question back to Redfield.

Redfield replied, "I'll owe you a favor. Tell me, how can I regain my youth?"

In truth, Redfield had another thought that he did not voice. There was a Devil Fruit ability that could restore his youth, but he had no idea where to find it.

Luo Chen got straight to the point. "A Devil Fruit. You know what that Devil Fruit's ability is too, don't you, Lord Redfield?"

"And I also know where to find that Devil Fruit ability."

"I see! It seems you came prepared, little fellow." Redfield finally revealed a rare smile.

Luo Chen drew the great grade blade Kogarashi, shattered the cell, and released Redfield.

"Whether you can leave this place depends on your own abilities, Lord Redfield. If you manage to escape, come find me in a month, and I'll give you the answer you seek," Luo Chen said.

No one knew Luo Chen's true purpose in doing this. Only Luo Chen himself knew.

Redfield stretched his frail, aged body and felt his current strength. "My strength has weakened terribly."

Luo Chen said to Shiryu of the Rain, "We're leaving Impel Down."

"Captain, let me retrieve my weapon," Shiryu of the Rain said respectfully.

"Let me out too! I'll become your strongest subordinate."

"Me too! I've had enough of this place!"

As Luo Chen and Shiryu of the Rain left Infinite Hell and passed the cells, all sorts of voices began screaming again.

Less than five minutes after Luo Chen and Shiryu of the Rain departed, another group entered Infinite Hell.

That group was the Blackbeard Pirates.

Because of Luo Chen's involvement, what happened in Impel Down had changed from the original story.

On their way down, the Blackbeard Pirates did not encounter Magellan, Shiryu of the Rain, or Straw Hat Luffy.

"Invading Infinite Hell on the sixth level of Impel Down—I never thought it would be this easy! We got here without a single obstacle!" Blackbeard Teach laughed excitedly.

This was countless times smoother than he had originally planned.

Lafitte spun his cane sword and said respectfully, his face pale, "It means everything is favoring Captain."

"More people came in? What's going on today? This is already the third group, isn't it?" someone in one of the cells asked in confusion.

The Blackbeard Pirates heard those words as well.

"Zehahaha~~" Blackbeard Teach laughed wickedly. "I see! We're the third group! No wonder we made it here so smoothly."

"Still, my plan won't change. Begin."

Lafitte, Burgess, Van Augur, and Doc Q each held keys as they set off in four directions toward different cells.

Blackbeard Teach spread his arms and laughed loudly. "Zehahaha~~"

"Listen up! Anyone who wants to become my crew member, start slaughtering each other! Only the winners are worthy of becoming my crew!"

Blackbeard Teach's words sent the already restless criminals of Infinite Hell into an even greater frenzy.
