Chapter 219: Mu Chen smiled at King Neptune and said, "I came here to discuss two things with you."

Seeing King Neptune's puzzled expression, Mu Chen continued, "Have you heard that the Navy plans to establish the Shichibukai?"

As Neptune understood it, the Shichibukai would be an organization established by the Navy: a third force alongside the pirates and the Navy. The World Government did not count. It had always pulled the strings from behind the scenes.

Neptune could not see what that had to do with Fish-Man Island. Mu Chen did not keep him guessing. "I'm in charge of selecting its members, and I want to offer Fish-Man Island a place."

Neptune and Queen Otohime froze. They immediately began weighing the benefits. They were rulers, and neither was foolish.
