"I want to know if there's someone named Steve Burnside on this island." On the morning of Tang Tian's second day on Rockfort Island, he spoke to Alfred in the island's only villa.

"Yes, there is, but he and his father have been imprisoned in Rockfort Island Prison for several years." Alfred replied in confusion. Rockfort Island had not been bombed like in the original Resident Evil storyline, and the Ashford family was still widely admired. Nor had Alfred fallen in love with his own sister as he had in the plot.

Thus, Alfred was perfectly normal. Furthermore, Tang Tian had established his own faction rather than inheriting the Spencer family, and having grown up alongside the siblings had made their relationship much closer. Then green magical runes suddenly appeared on one of his arms, and Steve actually floated weightlessly before him. This was Tang Tian's first time using Magic Levitation in Marvel. Having transplanted the technological magic and some cultivation power into his soul, Tang Tian was extremely powerful as well.

Still, there seemed to be quite a lot of people with special constitutions in Resident Evil. Many of them could fuse with one virus or another and create mutated strains. Perhaps that was why viral technology was so advanced.

Tang Tian controlled the magical elements as he watched the monster before him. He used fire-element magic to light a Cuban cigar, then nodded at Alexander Ashford. Even failed Veronica Virus subjects possessed the power of Tyrants. That alone showed the virus's potential.

Crack, crack! The monster, freed in the darkness, underwent a violent mutation. First, its bones and muscles became highly activated. Then three scythe-like tentacles rapidly grew from its sides and back. Those scythe tentacles, which had a metallic sheen, were undoubtedly more powerful than Tyrant T-002's claws.

Then the lights came on, revealing the monster's true form. Its skin was dark green with hints of brown. Its hands and feet were bound in thick leather, and even its eyes were covered with black cloth. There was a huge hole in its chest cavity, where a large, tangled mass of flesh constantly trembled, much like Tyrant T-002's heart. Three tentacles with scythe-like tips and metallic glints continuously lashed through the air.

"Very impressive power. It's a pity you failed to fuse successfully. Although I admire you, you should die now. It will help me bring Alexia and Alfred under my control." Whether Alexander heard him or not, Tang Tian tossed aside the cigar and dodged the attacks of the scythe tentacles. Everywhere Tang Tian avoided was sliced in two by the sharp tentacles.

"Powerful attack strength, lasting endurance. Truly a perfect bio-weapon." Tang Tian dodged and tested Alexander's mutated strength, occasionally using lightning, ice spikes, and fireballs to test Alexander's adaptability. The results were quite good. Alexander could gradually adapt to the intensity of the attacks, and the Veronica Virus's trait of growing stronger against stronger opponents allowed him to mimic and adapt to that intensity.
