Dugu Chen looked at Ah Yin's pale face and asked with concern.
Ah Yin shook her head and gave him a gentle look. "I'm much better. Help me up!"
Ah Yin sat up again. The Life Soul Core still rotated slowly in her palm, its crystalline brilliance carrying Ah Yin's aura as though it contained boundless vitality.
Looking at the Life Soul Core, Ah Yin stopped hesitating. Driven by Soul Power, it entered her body in the blink of an eye.
After gradually merging into her body, the Life Soul Core traveled along her meridians to a point above her dantian. There, it stopped and began rotating slowly, continuously collapsing and compressing the Soul Power within her, making it even purer.
"Success!"
After integrating the Soul Core into her body, a happy smile appeared on Ah Yin's face.
Following Dugu Chen's instructions, she had placed her first Life Soul Core above her dantian. This was also the usual method most Soul Saints would use in the future.
Not everyone possessed a body as powerful as Dugu Chen's, nor his heaven-defying level of Soul Power compression.
It was simply too difficult for the first Soul Core to be fused into the glabella, so Dugu Chen did not force the matter. He merely had Ah Yin fuse it step by step.
As for the second Soul Core later on, he would think of another solution.
"You're amazing, Ah Yin!"
Dugu Chen hugged Ah Yin, wrapping an arm around her slender waist before planting a forceful kiss on her face.
Ah Yin's cheeks flushed slightly. Her fair arms slid around his neck, her soft body pressing tightly against him as her tender lips found his with precision.
Dugu Chen's heart burned. He closed his eyes, tasting a
