"Whoosh—"
A gale swept through, gradually blowing away the clouds and mist around the mountainside.
Only then did Dugu Chen and the other two truly see its true form.
Its head was diamond-shaped, sharply angular, with clusters of thorny crown horns like inverted icicles rising from its crown and sides, extending backward like icy crystals.
Its neck was exceptionally long and thick, curved in a poised "S" shape. Broad-shouldered and broad-backed, it possessed an enormously wide chest and shoulders, its body large enough to rival a small hill.
There was not an ounce of excess fat on its body. Every muscle bulged beneath its ice-blue scales, while its spine extended from the top of its head all the way to its tail.
Rows of ice crystal spines rose like blades, slanting toward the heavens like solid battlements.
Its limbs were as thick as pillars supporting the sky, especially its forelimbs, whose knotted muscles and hard lines ended in enormous, razor-sharp sickle-shaped ice claws dug deep into the snowy rock.
Its wings slowly unfurled like clouds hanging from the sky, as though they could tear apart the blizzard overhead.
Its wing bones were immensely thick and covered in icy barbs. The wing membranes shone with a translucent deep-blue luster, light yet razor-sharp.
Its tail was as thick as a beam, extending smoothly behind it before gradually narrowing into a sharp ice spike that reflected cold, fragmented light, giving it an icy, indestructible texture.
"It's a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast—the Frost Dragon!"
Excitement made Dugu Bo's gaze tremble. He had never expected it to truly be a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast.
It seemed the Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Beast from back then had been this very creature, traveling from the Frozen Forest all the way to Dragon Ridge Snow Mountain.
"Father, don't let your guard down.
