Just as Lin Ye was about to respond, the lookout's urgent shout interrupted him. "Navy warships ahead! Five of them—they're forming an encirclement!"

Everyone immediately tensed. Lin Ye swiftly climbed the mast and surveyed the waters ahead through a telescope. Sure enough, five Navy warships had formed a semicircle, blocking their path forward.

"Damn it, they found us." Ace clenched his fists. "And it looks like an ambush."

"Turn around!" Lin Ye ordered, but the captain shook his head.

"I'm afraid we can't, Lord Lin Ye. Two warships have appeared behind us as well. We're completely surrounded."

The situation turned grim in an instant. The Navy had clearly come prepared. Not only did they have the advantage in numbers, but they had also chosen the perfect place for an ambush.

"Prepare for battle!" Lin Ye drew the Golden Blade. "Ace, Sabo, the three of us will take the lead and carve out a way through for the Gale. Robin and the others, protect the ship."
