Morris led Lin Ye away from the beach and into the mountains outside Blue Sea Town. After several arduous hours, they reached the entrance to a cave hidden among sheer cliffs. The opening was narrow and easy to miss, but beyond it lay a vast space.

They passed through a long, narrow tunnel into a huge circular stone chamber. At its center stood a well-preserved ancient device. It resembled an astronomical telescope, though its construction was far more intricate than any modern instrument. The chamber's ceiling was open to the night sky.

"This is an astronomical observation device left by the Ancient Kingdom," Morris explained. "The ancestors of the Music Tribe guarded it for generations, waiting for the right moment."

He approached the complex device and deftly adjusted several parts that looked like decorations.

As Morris worked, the lens at the top emitted a soft blue light and projected an image of the moon onto the circular platform in the chamber's center. Luna's surface appeared in sharp detail. Its intricate geometric patterns were slowly shifting, gradually forming a massive D-shaped design.

"Incredible," Lin Ye murmured.

"Luna itself is a colossal device," Morris explained. "The Ancient Kingdom transformed it into an outpost for monitoring the Void Dimension and made it part of their last line of defense. The appearance of these patterns means its dormant systems are activating on their own, possibly in response to a threat."

Lin Ye recalled what he had learned from Silva. "You mean the moon isn't just a monitoring station? It's part of a weapons system?"
