Kizaru gave Lin Ye a meaningful look and said in a low voice, "I'll draw them away. Take the chance to enter the Hall of Time."
Lin Ye nodded in understanding. Kizaru straightened his collar and swaggered out of hiding, pretending he had only just arrived.
"My, my, still working this late?" Kizaru drawled, deliberately putting on a lazy demeanor.
The Cipher Pol Aigis Zero agent immediately became wary. "Admiral Borsalino, why are you here?"
"Ordered to inspect the progress," Kizaru replied casually. "The Five Elders are very concerned about your research."
Though suspicious, the agent did not dare question a Marine admiral directly. While Kizaru drew their attention, Lin Ye quietly slipped around them and hurried toward the Hall of Time along the route from his memories.
After passing through a long corridor, Lin Ye finally arrived before an enormous stone door. Complex star charts and temporal patterns were carved into it, with a circular recess at its center that perfectly matched the shape of an Anchor Stone.
Lin Ye took out an Anchor Stone and carefully placed it into the recess. The stone door gave off a low hum and slowly opened, revealing the magnificent hall within—the Hall of Time.
The hall was vast, with a towering dome. Countless beams of light shone down through precise apertures above, forming intricate patterns across the floor. As time passed, the beams slowly shifted, constantly changing the patterns on the ground like a flowing star chart.
"The Chrono-Projection Array," Lin Ye murmured as fragments of memory flashed through his mind. "Only at a specific moment will the light converge on the Anchor Stone's location."
