She trembled as she rose to her feet and walked toward the center of the observation platform. There stood a massive formation made of countless starstones—the ultimate astrological spell she had spent a thousand years constructing: All Beings' Prayer.
"This world... should not have only the Watchers fighting..." Claire placed both hands at the center of the formation and began pouring in the last of her star energy. "Everyone who lives on this land... has the right and duty to protect it..."
