I owe everyone an apology.

I spent all of last year undergoing treatment. If nothing unexpected happened, I would be treated throughout this year as well. And if nothing still went wrong, then this would be how it was every year from now on.

I would do my best to keep the updates steady, but it was truly difficult to guarantee, because my body often felt exhausted and unwell now. I had no choice but to sleep early and rest early, to avoid worsening my condition.

To strengthen my immunity, I also had to spend time exercising every day.
