For me, the most important book I read in 2018 was Xiaoqiang's Promotion Journal. It let me begin learning time management. This year, I basically recommended this book to everyone I met, and bought many copies to give to relatives and friends.

If everyone wants to take better control of their time, put their lives in perfect order, and become more self-disciplined, then reading time-management books and putting them into action is the most effective method I currently know.
