Qin Ran stared directly at Calamity Lady. Demon Flame blazed fiercely in his hand, roar after roar echoing through the mysterious space as the scorching heat warped the surroundings once again.
Calamity Lady feared such heat.

At the sight of the Contract, Calamity Lady twisted uneasily, letting out growl after growl.
"Quiet!"
Qin Ran barked softly. The Demon Flame in his hand flared slightly, its tongues of fire sweeping over Calamity Lady's head.
Calamity Lady immediately fell silent.
"Do you want to live?"
"Or... choose death?"
Qin Ran asked blandly.
At once, the Calamity Lady who had just calmed down became restless again.
Death was the fairest thing of all.
No one could ignore it.
