What was behind the door?

Once that thought rose in Qin Ran's heart, it irresistibly stirred his curiosity.

However, Qin Ran did not walk over immediately.

He activated [Tracking] and carefully examined the ground beneath his feet.

There were four sets of footprints in total: his own, Stanbeck's, Zhang Wei's, and Kapo's.

His, Stanbeck's, and Zhang Wei's footprints were all clear, while Kabo's were much fainter, evidently left some time ago.

However, that was not the important part.

The important part was that there were no traces whatsoever on the ground between his current position and the door.

Simply put: no one had approached that place.

At least, no one had gone near it for quite a long time.

Or rather, someone had been there, but had not reached the door through normal walking.

Stanbeck followed Qin Ran out.
